EARTHSAFE ES10PC AWTS009 on-site waste water treatment system.
We are NOT part of the Earthsafe GROUP of companies.
We also manufacture grey water treatment systems, Black/Grey Split Treatment systems and design / manufacture commercial systems.

Head Office is based on the Central Coast along with the manufacturing.
We have AGENTS that INSTALL and SERVICE most of NSW.

Earthsafe Environmental Sales Terms & Conditions

1. As requested we offer to do work and/or materials as specified for the quote/price subject to modification as in clauses 2,3,4 and 5 or specified in work detail.

2. This offer is subject to the application being approved by the authorities concerned, as set out in the quotation/specifications of work detail.

3. Please note that the quotation is subject to modification in case of any latent difficulties. For example if rock or shale or conglomerate is encountered in the excavation or tank risers are required to bring the lids above ground level or dewatering of the site is required.

4.The quotation is also subject to modification where any variation or extra work is required by local government departments or the owner, or any unforeseen work encounted to complete the work. In such case the additional work will be charged as quoted or at 10% above contractors cost.

5. Owners responsibility to fill tanks with water immediately after installation to prevent floatation, Refer to Eathsafe Environmentals water filling instructions.

6. The Purchaser shall clearly define the boundaries of the property and any inground servicies, pipes or conduits within which an installation is to be carried out, by pegging and indemnify the contractor against all actions, suits, claims, demands, losses and expenses arising from damage or wrong siting of the construction work.

7. Completed work will be guaranteed to pass the requirements of the Health and other Government Departments and to be of good workmanship and quality.

8. Payment in full for the quote/contracted price, as provided for in conditations 1,2,3,4 and 5 must be made prior to completion. Final connection of system may not be supplied until such payment has been made but will be connected within seven days of payment in full being received by us. Full payment is due when tanks are in the ground.

9. The property and materials supplied shall not pass to you nor be deemed to be affixed to the land until such payment in full has been made. Where this contract is terminated by you for any reason what so ever prior to completion or where payment in full has not been made within seven days of demand being in writing by us you will become liable for payment for all work done and materials supplied to the date of termination or non payment as well as for reimbursements (collection fees, legal cost) out of pocket expensesand other disbursements and we reserve the right to enter upon your land within thirty days after such termination or non payment to; remove materials or complete the works. Upon such removal you will remain liable for payment of labour charges and out of pocket expenses only. In case of completion, you will be liable for the full contract price plus extras and variations. All accounts not paid within 30 days of due payment date will aincur a default administration charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month. This quote/contract may be cancelled if accounts are not paid by due date and the owner/agent agrees that in the event their account is ine default of the trading terms, the owner/agent indemnifies Earthsafe Environmental P/L against its collection fee and legal costs.

10. Should any condition herein contained be in breach of any statute, regulation or by-law in force for the time being in the state of New South Wales and in consequence of such a breach is void, voidable, unforceable or invalid then in any case, such conditions shall be severed from this quote/contract and shall be read as though such provision did not at any time form part of it.
