Project Sequence – Domestic System

The tank should be installed at lock up stage of building development. If access may prove difficult, the tanks should be installed earlier. Internal sewer drains should be laid to the outside alignment of the building External sewer drains can be connected and electric power laid to the system after the tank is installed. 240v connection is to be made to the junction box control panel.

Landscaping, as required by the council, approval must be prepared for spray irrigation.

NOTE

The tanks must be filled with water immediately after installation in the ground. Failure to do so could see the tank float. Therefore water must be provided near the tank location to till the tank. If water is not arranged and the tank floats, extra charges could be incurred.

Permanent power, sewer drains and landscaping must be arranged before final connection or operation of the system. This is a condition of approval by the council authorities.

Please advise our office of the date that your dwelling will reach lockup stage. This will enable us to program the tank installation to suit your requirements.

When your dwelling nears completion please call us so we can arrange to commission the system. This should be completed near to dwelling occupation to maximise your warranties (Which commence upon installation) and to ensure safety to your valuable plants and equipment.
